Paul has over 25 years of diverse operations and financial management experience. His expertise is driving operational and financial results for private companies through systems development, performance measurement and process improvement. Paul has a diverse background leading and building teams in a variety of end markets including distribution, medical device and data network equipment manufacturing, construction and consumer products. 

Prior to Turnout Industries, Paul was the COO/CFO for The Packaging Wholesalers, a nationwide wholesaler of packaging products, where Paul led the organization through geographic expansion, driving strong top line and bottom-line growth.  

Paul is a graduate of DePaul University with a Bachelors degree in accounting.
