Mike has nearly ten years of direct lending, financial analysis and private equity experience. He has participated in the execution and structuring of numerous transactions with companies across various industries including manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and transportation including debt refinancings, leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and recapitalizations.

Prior to founding Turnout Industries, Mike was a summer associate on the investment team at High Street Capital. From 2014 to 2018, he worked within Wells Fargo’s Commercial Banking Business in Chicago where he worked alongside upper management and other lines of business to manage and monitor a diverse loan portfolio, originate and grow client relationships, and execute and structure transactions.

Mike is a 2020 graduate of Harvard Business School and a 2014 graduate of the University of Illinois with bachelors degrees in finance and accounting.
